Providers agree that no legal action may be pursued against PayTechGuide for displaying publicly available information. If any disputes arise, providers must first seek resolution through mandatory arbitration before pursuing any claims in court. Arbitration will be conducted in Tennessee in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on PayTechGuide, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of PayTechGuide or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Payment solution providers retain full ownership of all their intellectual property, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, and branding materials. PayTechGuide does not claim any ownership over these materials, and they remain the sole property of the respective providers. Such materials are used on our platform for informational and comparative purposes only.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our site without explicit permission from us or the relevant provider.
